Nagarjuna is playing the centuries-old poet Sri Ramadasu while Jyothika plays his wife. K Raghavendra Rao, who gave Annamaiya with Nags before, is directing Sri Ramadasu while Konda Krishnam Raju produces it. M M Keervani has already begun the song recording.
