Jagapathi Babu is a man whom you can hardly ignore.

His Brahmastram has just released a couple of weeks back. Now his Samanyudu is almost getting ready.

Produced by Venkat, whose last movie was Mayajalam, Samanyudu has Jaggu and Kamna Jetmalani playing the leads.

Ravi C Kumar (Ravi Chavali) is the director. He has given the movie the tagline ‘The Hero’. It talks about the evolution of a layman to a hero of sorts.

The film’s talkie portion is complete. The team met the press on Saturday and shared the happy aspects of the movie.

As the name suggests, Samanyudu is about a common man who takes on the social ills, said the director. It deals with the problems of our social and political arena.

Sai Kumar, Vinod Kumar has important roles in the movie. There is a surprise awaiting the fans over the identity of the villain.

Vandemataram Srinivas is providing the music. The film will release in September.
