Directed by RV Suresh and produced by Y Suresh on the banner of Vishwak Movies with Srikanth and Vadde Naveen and Sridevi in the lead, the audio of 'Aadhi Lakshmi' was released at a specially erected set in Padmalaya Studio in Hyderabad on October 16 amidst several prominent film personalities on a grand scale.

Popular director Puri Jagannath, MAA president K Nagendra Babu, noted director EVV Satyanarayana and several other important film personalities besides the film unit participated in the event. Versatile director Puri Jagannath unveiled the audio and handed over the first audiocassette to noted producer and MAA president K Nagendra Babu.

Speaking on the occasion, Puri Jagannath says, 'After 'Chaala Baagundi' Naveen and Srikanth are working together in this film. I wish this film would be a bigger hit than that film.'

Director EVV Satyanarayana says, 'I produced and directed 'Chaala Baagundi' with excellent comedy coupled with sentiment. Naveen and Srikanth were proved a good combination with that film. I learnt about the subject of 'Aadhi Lakshmi' and it is quite good. It has good action also. Chakri's music would remain a highlight for the film. I wish this film would be a bigger hit than 'Chaala Baagundi'. Director Suresh would also get more and more offers after the success of this film.'

MAA president K Nagendra Babu says, 'This year is quite good for Telugu film industry. Almost 70 per cent of the films were proved hits. I wish this film would also be a big hit and everyone would watch this film.'

Hero Srikanth says, 'Me and Naveen are working together for this film after 'Chaala Baagundi'. That was a comedy pattern and this is action pattern. This is a good action film. I am sure that the film would earn me good name for me and Naveen. The film would hit the screen by the end of this month.'
