The audio of 'Bhagyalakshmi Bumper Draw' directed by Nidhi Prasad and jointly produced by Raju and Prasad with Rajendra Prasad in the lead role, and Rishi of 'A Film By Aravind'-fame and debutant heroine Farjana in the lead, was released at a function organized at Durgam Cheruvu in Hyderabad on October 19.

The director of 'Malaamaal Weekly', the original film of this remake, Priyadarshan, Srikanth, Tammareddy Bharadwaja, 'Bangaram' Dharani were among the prominent film personalities who attended the programme.

Priyadarshan says, 'I directed a film in Telugu and it became a flop. Then I came to know that while remaking a film, we should not remake it totally and only the storyline should be adopted. Now, Nidhi Prasad did the same thing and he would definitely succeed in his attempt.'

Rajendra Prasad says, 'I realized that I am a good artiste after playing the role in 'Aa Naluguru'. Then I have decided to do such roles whenever there is an opportunity. Luckily, I have got one such offer now to play a typical character. Prasad brought out the remake film in a nice manner and it would be a definite hit.'

Director Nidhi Prasad says, 'I first thank Srikanth and then Pridyarshan who was behind my inspiration in several ways. I thank him for attending to my audio function.' Srikanth says, 'This film was released in Hindi and proved a super hit film. I wish the same would repeat in Telugu.' Almost all the speakers wished the film, the producer and the director and the entire unit every success.
