Popular woman director B Jaya, who shot into fame with her film 'Chantigadu' is directing a film 'Gundammagari Manavadu' produced by Venkat and presented by K Achireddy on the banner of RR Movie Makers with Ali, Nikole in the lead. Presently the film is busy shooting in Annapurna Studios.

To mark the occasion the unit had held a press briefing. Dynamic director Jaya says, 'There is a village and everyone in the village wanted to have a grandmother like Gundamma and a grandson like her grandson. Gundamma's grandson falls in love with Srimaalakshmi. Will the grandmother had accepted their love or not is the subject. Presently we are running the second schedule. We are planning the third schedule in March and finish the shooting part. We are planning to release the film in April.'

Presenter of the film Achireddy and executive producer Surender Reddy attended the programme.
