The audio of 'Tulasi' directed by Boyapati Srinu and produced by D Sureshbabu on the banner of Suresh Productions with Venkatesh and Nayanatara in the lead hit the stands recently, and there was a positive response to it.

The fans and well-wishers of Venkatesh held a programme to felicitate its music director Devisri Prasad and director Boyapati Srinivas.

Director Srinu says, 'You will find Venkatesh in new attire.' Devisri Prasad says, 'I scored music for Venkatesh's movie and also for Suresh Productions banner for the first time. I took it as a challenge in giving tunes to all the songs. Basically the film has a good subject. It also has good scope for action and also for music. Especially, there is very good response to a melody song 'Nee Kallathone Naa Kallaloki' scripted by Bhaskarabhatla. I thank the audiences and for making the audio a success.'

Writer Bhaskarabhatla says, 'I had a long time wish to write a melodious song for a film with Venkatesh as hero and it was fulfilled with this song.'

Director says, 'The success of the audio could be attached to Venkatesh and producer Sureshbabu. They gave me a complete free hand in ensuring good tunes from Devisri. Their choreography would also be very impressive.'

The film is most likely to hit the screen in October second week.
