Krishnavamsi’s film completed its 100-days recently. The film which is a family drama has been the surprise hit of the year.

Though it has a big name like Krishnavamsi as the director, the cast comprises some of the upcoming actors from the industry. But the film has managed to do very good business and that is reason enough for the entire team to be really happy about their film.

Navadeep, Siva Balaji, Sindhu Menon and Kajal Agarwal play the lead in the film. A gala function was held at Durgam Cheruvu yesterday evening.

Dr Dasari Narayana Rao, State Minister Anam Ramnarayan Reddy, Botsa Satyanarayana, Mohanbabu, Rajashekar with wife Jeevitha, Tammareddy Bharadwaja, KS Ramarao were among those present.

Producer C Kalyan said he was thankful to both Mohan Babu and Dasari for supporting him all along. He was especially thankful to Mohan Babu for introducing him to the industry.

As for Mohan Babu, he wished Kalyan success and said that he made the exception of attending an audio release just for Kalyan.

Dasari too said he was happy for Kalyan who managed to get a success after a very long time. Krishnavamsi thanked Kalyan for coming ahead to make a film with his subject, as many other producers were sceptical about it, following the failure of his earlier film.
