D Supriya who has produced 'Pourudu' with her brother is extremely happy with the response the film has got. She said that their production house’s tie up with Annapurna Films would go a long way and make more good films.

Since both the production houses are known for good and successful films, the onus was on her to carry it forward, she said.

Supriya was also happy about Sumanth’s role being well-received by the audience and said that the film has finally established Sumanth as an action hero.

She also thanked all for making the film a success.
