The film is being produced under the CV Arts Private Limited banner by CV Reddy, who is also simultaneously doing the story, dialogues and screenplay for the film.

Titled Citizen, it will be directed by Saiprakash. Sai Kumar and Vaibhavi play the lead in this film, which will have a strong social message. The music for the film is by Vandemataram Srinivas.
