The audio of this film 'Kalidasu' was released amidst much pomp and show on March 30th and the Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad. The music launch function saw the cream of Tollywood taking part in the events.

G.Ravi Charan Reddy is the director of 'Kalidasu' while Sushant debuts in this film as the hero. Sushant if the grandson of ANR and the nephew of Nagarjuna. This film is being jointly produced by Chitalapudi Srinivasa Rao & A.Nag Suseela, the mother of Sushant, the hero of this film.

The music launch was graced by many heads of the Tollywood industry. Movie Moghul Dr.D.Ramanaidu, director K.Raghavendar Rao, Mega Producer C.Ashwini Dutt, JayaBheri Kishore, Actor & Producer Murali Mohan, Sr.Producer & Director V.B.Rajendra Prasad, President of Producers Association Mr.Tammareddi Bharadwaja, Chiefs/Heads of Durga Arts Dr.K.L.Narayana, S.Gopal Reddy, Mr.Ramesh Prasad, Star Producer D.Suresh Babu and Gemini Kiran graced the occasion.

Apart from the guests from outside the event also saw the family of the hero Sushant - Dr. Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Amala, Chalasani Ramesh, Sumanth, A.Naga Susheela, being present to shower their blessings on him.

Director K.Raghavedra Rao declared the launch of 'Kalidasu' audio cassettes by unveiling them. All the guests, family members & unit members of the film wished hero Sushant a wonderful career as an actor, and for the audio & movie to be a super hit.

'Yuva Samrat' Nagarjuna distributed the cassettes to A.V.RamaRaju, N.Sarveswar Rao and all other fans' association leaders at the end of the function.
