The new film titled '16 Days 'with a new hero and heroine Charmee is gearing up for release next month. A press meet was organized by the makers of the film at Annapoorna-7 Acres in Hyderabad.
The director of '16 Days' Solomon Prabhu who has also written the story and the screenplay of the film spoke to the media persons about the film. He said as the film's title suggests the movie revolves around 16 days of life of the lead pair. The heroine who will seen riding a bike in the film plays the character called Angelina. She plays a very positive minded girl who falls in love with the hero.
The male lead is played by a newcomer called Aravind who has worked before as an assistant director to the master director Mani Rathnam.
The film is a bilingual and will be called as 'Laddam' in Tamil.
Charmee had the responsibility to launch the film at the function. After performing the task she spoke to the media about her role and why the film is very special to her.
The pretty actress told that the romantic roles that she has done till now were all only one sided romance and that the love life of Angelina was not of that kind.
Charmee also told that the nature of her role in '16 Days' is completely different from her previous characters in all ways and that makes her more exited for the film.
Her character also gets to mimic the popular heroes such as Ravi Teja, Pawan Kalyan and Sunil.
The famous choreographer ChinnaKrishna who has a long experience in Tollywood and Bolywood working for such film as 'Jodha Akbar' and a film with Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan on the cards is the man behind the dance sequences of the introduction song of the heroine choreographed with American Cheer Girls of an IPL team and other dancers of Mumbai.
