The highly anticipated superstar Rajinikanth film 'Kathanayakudu' had its audio launch in a glittering and spectacular manner at the posh Le Royal Meridian in Chennai on the 30th of June.

The who's who of the South Indian film industry was there and the whole atmosphere was charged up. This was a huge moment in the young life of G. V. Prakash. Just a few years out of his teens, this young lad whose baby voice was heard all over South India in the song 'Chikku Bukku Raile' has chiseled himself as a spectacular music director. 'Kathanayakudu' without any doubt will take his career to the next level. Superstar Rajinikanth, P. Vasu, K. Balachander and a lot more big time personalities have been completely bowled over by the songs of 'Kathanayakudu'.

All this for such a young man is sure to make big uncle A. R. Rahman mighty proud of his protégé.
