Actress Nayantara flagged off the 'Kuselan' Bus on Monday. 'Kuselan' is the Tamil version of 'Kathanayakadu' and both versions were shot simultaneously. The role of Jagapathy Babu is played by actor Pasupathy in Tamil.

The 'Kuselan' bus is a commercial activity to promote the movie.

The bus painted with 'Kuselan' images will be seen across Chennai. It also has rare collections of Rajinikanth's photos, from his early years in filmdom, to the more recent. The interior of the bus has been specifically designed for this purpose.

Fans across Chennai would have a chance to walk in to the bus and have a glimpse of these rare pictures.

BIG 92.7 FM has associated itself with 'Kuselan' and has organized competitions for Rajini fans on-air and also at major spots where the bus would halt for Rajini fans to board it.

'Kuselan', directed by P Vasu, will hit the screens on 1 August. The remake of the Malayalam hit 'Katha Parayumbol', it features Rajinikanth, Nayantara, Meena, Pasupathy and Vadivelu in key roles.
