Directed by Surya Prasad, the movie casts Srikanth, Charmme, Gowri Munjal and Shivaji in the lead roles. The movie is produced by Dr. D.Ramanaidu under the banner Suresh Productions.

The quaintly titled movie 'Kousalya Supraja Rama' held its audio release function on 18th at Ramanaidu studios.

Aditya Music holds the right for distributing and marketing the music which has been composed by Koti.

Sivaji, Koti, MS Raju, Chalapathi, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Sairabanu, Mani, K Sivareddy, Brahmanandam and others were present on the occasion.
