‘Billa’ the movie starring Prabhas in the lead role pitted against Anushka and Namitha was launched recently on Vijayadasami, 9th of October. Directed by Meher Ramesh, another prominent lead role is played by Krishnam Raju and Jaya Sudha.

This remake of the Tamil flick ‘Billa’ is being produced by Gopikrishna Movies Pvt Ltd and is presented by Krishnam Raju. Producers of this movie Prabhod and Narendra launched the movie officially.

UV Satyanarayana Raju performed the pooja for the official launch. The first shot was taken on the pictures of deities, while Dr Mohan Babu sounded the clap-board and daughters of Krishnam Raju -Sai Praseeda, Sai Prakeerthi and Sai Pradeepthi switched on the camera jointly.

The script was handed over to Meher Ramesh by popular director SS Rajamouli. The making of this stylish movie is planned to be continued in exotic locales of Malaysia, Bangkok, Vizag and Dubai.
