Sreenu Vaitla directed the movie 'King' starring Starring Nagarjuna, Trisha in the lead cast which was produced by Siva Prasad Reddy on Kamakshi Kalaa Movies banner. 

To elucidate on media speculations that a character in the movie resembled music director Chakri, Sreenu Vaitla organized a press meet on 2nd December at Annapurna Studios. Sreenu Vaitla, producer D Siva Prasad Reddy and his son Viswa Chandan were present during the meet.
