Smart promotions

Producer Lagadapati Sridhar is a smart cookie. He is innovative and known for his out-of-the-box promotions for his films.

For his previous film, Yevadigola Vadidhey, he came up with an offer to fly the winners abroad. In the event, the film as well as the offer was a big success.

Now for his new movie Style he has invited the audiences to compose dances after listening to the audio.

The prize? Well, Rs.50,000 for the best choreography, Rs.25,000 for the second best and Rs.15,000 as third prize.

The participants are expected to videograph their dance and send it to the Larsco office before the release of the film.

And the songs have already reached the market. The audio was released yesterday by Dr Akkineni.

He gave the first cassette to the film's director Lawrence Raghavender's mother.

The film stars Raja, Prabhudeva, Lawrence, Charmi and Kamalini. The musical has tunes from Mani Sharma

The film will release in January.
