Ashtram, as we wrote a few weeks ago, is a major weapon for Vishnu.

Now he also seems to think so. The burly hero and the film’s team members spoke to the press yesterday.

And all of them looked chirpy and relaxed ---suggesting that the team was well primed for a conquest.

Asthram is produced by Supreme Movies, and directed by veteran Suresh Krishna (a master of masala movies).

Vishnu says he has not held back his aces in the film. ‘I have given all I have. And hopefully the effort pays off’.

Echoing his words was Suresh Krishna. The smart director said that Vishnu had worked with utmost dedication for the movie. ‘He has been thoroughly involved in the project,’ he said of his hero.

Raju Hirwani produces Ashtram, a typical mass entertainer.

The movie is almost on the verge of completion. As the director says, only some songs and an action sequence need to be completed. Suresh Krishna said the rushed have been satisfactory.

Though an action adventure, the movie also touches up tender human values and emotions, said the director.

Vishnu was very thankful to the director and said it was a dream come true to work with him.

Anushka was also equally excited for working in the movie. After Mahanandi, this is a good opportunity for her to make a mark in Telugu.

Rahul Dev said his role maybe the surprise packet of the movie.

The producer Raju Harwani said the music has come out well and the audio is slated for release in March. The movie may grace the theaters by April.
