S S Rajamouli and Ravi Teja. The combination is intriguing. And exciting, too.
So the audio launch of Vikramarkudu, the movie that features Ravi Teja in a dual role and directed by Rajamouli, had plenty of expectancy riding on it.
The function was an elegant one, almost matching those who had come with high hopes.
The launch was got up at the set where a song was being shot. That itself showed the team valued work.
Director K Raghavendra unveiled the first cassette.
The film's team lead by Ravi Teja, Anushka and the guests of honor included YVS Chowdhary, Ramesh Prasad, Srikanth and Tarun.
Music director Keeravani, who is on a career high after the stupendous success of Sri Ramadasu, spoke at length about his contribution to the movie. His fifth movie with Rajamouli, Keeravani was naturally hopeful of its success.
He also recalled Raghavendra Rao's guidance in getting the feel right for the tunes. Keeravani also had high words of praise for Ravi Teja's performance in the movie.
Producer M L Kumar Chowdhary, giving details about the movie, said Ravi Teja was playing a double role. Attili Sattibabu, comical man, and as Vikram Rathod, a cop.
The producer also appreciated the efforts put in by Rajamouli.
