His Brahmastharam with Soorirya Kiran is taking its sweet time to arrive in the theatres.

But the handsome hero has managed to get himself some meaty roles in big banners.

His new movie Pellaina Kothalo for Aa Naluguru Films was launched yesterday.

Priya Mani(she has acted in Bharathiraja and Balu Mahendra's films), is the heroine. She is unquestionably beautiful and talented.

The muhurat of the movie was a solemn affair. Held at Rama Naidu studios, Sagar sounded the clapboard, S Gopal Reddy switched on the camera and Chandra Siddardha directed the first shot.

Madan, who was the storywriter for the much-accalimed Aa Naluguru, is the debutant director. The success of Aa Nalguru has made him float his own production banner with the same talismanic name.

Madan said Pellaina Kothalo deals with the tender relationship between a husband and wife. The accent is also on comedy and some nuanced feelings.

The regular shoot of the movie will begin in July in Hyderabad and Rajahmundry.

Jaggu was naturally elated at getting a good family film. 'It will be a nice film and I am delighted to be part of it.'

Agasthya, a new music director, is strumming six songs for the movie.
