Shekhar Kammula's 'Avakai Biryani' starring Kamal Kamaraju and Bindu Madhavi in the lead cast is made on Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd banner. Anish Kuruvilla is debuting as a director with this movie, produced jointly by Chandrasekhar & Shekar Kammula. The making is over and the audio of this movie was released on 10th October at Hotel Taj Deccan, Hyderabad.
 
The first audio cassette was released by the chief guest Ramesh Prasad of IMAX and Shekhar Kammula received the same from him. Ramesh Prasad again became the recipient for the first audio disc which was delivered to him by Shekhar Kammula. The dais was content with the present of the lead pair, director Anish Kuruvilla, music composer Manikanth Kadri, the joint producers Shekhar & Chandrasekhar Kammula.
 
Cinematographer Shyam and Umesh Gupta, director of Aditya music were also present in the event along with various other personalities from the filmdom. A teaser that ran for a few minutes showed the making of Avakai Briyani was projected to the audience.
