KINNARA BAALE - The God Mother - based on Dr Janaki Sundaresh novel produced by Everest India Entertainers is the craftsmanship of well known director of Kannada cinema P.H.Vishwanath. Coming back to direction after four years Vishwanath has made some alternation to the novel of Dr Janaki Sundaresh.

The story revolves around two kids and their journey. One among them is a special girl child, and the other one is made `special' by the parents. Noori the urchin girl abandoned by her parents uses her own practices to earn livelihood. Bold, confident Noori is known to everyone in the town.

Noori is surprised when she sees a girl following her. The whereabouts of the girl following Noori is not possible to know because she is a dumb. The acquaintance of Noori and dumb girl becomes very close. Noori already poverty stricken takes care of the dumb girl. When Noori foresees trouble to the girl she runs away from the town with the dumb girl and in Bangalore the ordeals continue for Noori and dumb girl. Noori accidentally sees a piece of newspaper that has the photograph of dumb girl. With this clue Noori brings her friend to Chickmagalur where it is found the dumb girl is from a rich family. The servant of the rich family mistake Nooro and locks her up in a room. In fear Noori run away from captivity to her usual livelihood.

Director PH Vishwanath with the idea of stopping the child abuse has taken up this subject that is rampant in South East Asian countries. This is the story of destitute girl who lost her way yet bold, confidence and mother like caretaker Noori stands out with no corruption in mind says Vishwanath.

Baby Madhushree, Baby Shreya, Ramesh Bhatt, Mandeep Rai, Kari Subbu, Pranava Murthy, Shashidhar Kote, Seetha Kote, Sarojamma, Sagara Pratibha, Kasturi, Shweta, Shrungesh, Kushalappa, Kumari Akshata, Kumari Anusha are in the cast.

SP Venkatesh has scored the music for the lyrics of Naada. The film has cinematography by R Manjunath and editing by BS Kemparaju.
