Set to release on March 16, is Nuuva Nena, a film starring the ensemble cast of Allari Naresh, Sharwanand and Shriya Saran. While the two actors play roles that are a far cry from their roles in Gamyam, Shriya is seen in a chirpy role. Directed by P Narayana, the film is produced by Vamsikrishna Srinivas. The title itself amply suggests that Nuvva Nena is all about a head-to-head fight between the two heroes. Naresh and Sharwa play two competing romantics who pull all the stops to outshine each other so as to woo Shriya Saran. The makers say that the film will be on the lines of the squabbles associated with the Tom-Jerry story. The famous comic characters are the inspiration behind these characters. Vimala Raman is seen in a key role. Besides, there is the mandatory presence of Brahmanandam. Ali, Kovai Sarala, Kashi Vishwanath and others are there. The story is by Surya. Marudhuri Raja and Surya Mohan are the dialogue writers. | |||
