In this multi-formed entertainer, Ravi Teja, for the first time in his career, plays a dual role.
One as a comic—Athili Sathibabu and other as a honest cop --- Vikram rathod.
 Directed by S S Rajamouli, Vikramarkudu will tap all the potential of Ravi Teja.
Athili Sathibabu is a fun loving character while that of Vikram’s provides the contrast as he is serious and sincere. The story set in the backdrop of Chambal Valley was cranked extensively in Karnataka’s Badami, near Raichur. As Rajamouli says the location fitted to our needs.
Anushka, the hot, young thing on the circuit, plays the heroine.
Ravi Teja and Anushka have shown good on-screen chemistry, says the director.
The other highlight of the movie would be a hot number shot on the curvaceous Meghna Naidu. The sizzling song was shot at the Ramoji Rao studio in Hyderabad.
The film’s Story is by Vijayendra Prasad, Art is by R. Ravinder and cinematography is by Sarvesh Murari. M M Keeravani’s music is another plus for the movie. The songs are eminently hummable. As he said, he had lot of guidance from veteran director Raghaendra Rao to get the right feel. There is a huge roster of supporting cast. Among the mare Prakash Raj, Vineeth Kumar, Rajeev Kanakala, Brahmanandam, Raghubabu, Jayaprakash Reddy Ruthika and Madhu Sharma. Vikramarkudu maybe this summer’s last big release.
