Charulatha awarded U, to release on Sep 21

Priyamani's Charulatha is going to clash at the box office with Ravi Babu's Avunu and Vennela Kishore's Vennela 1.5.

The movie has been awarded a clean 'U.' To be released in Telugu, Tamil and Kannada, it sees Priyamani in the roles of conjoined twins. Mollywood actor Skandha is the male lead, and Seetha, Saranya Ponvannan and 'Vettaikaran' Sai Sasi are doing crucial roles. The film has horror elements in good dose. MV Panneer Selvam's cinematography and Sundar C Babu's music are touted to be highlights.

Allu Aravind's Geetha Arts is releasing the movie in Telugu on Sep 21.
