Chirakodinja Kinavukal is a spoof film based on the story having the same name in the 1996 hit movie 'Azhakiya Ravanan'. In Chirakodinja Kinavukal, we have Ambujakshan with his script which tells the story of a tailor (Thaiyalkaran), who falls in love with the girl next door, Sumathi. However, Sumathi's father, the log breaker (Virakuvettukaran) wants to marry her off to an NRI (Gulfukaran).

To stop the wedding from taking place, the Tailor decides to write a novel, which goes on to win the state award earning him the much needed fortune and fame. With the money, he builds a mansion. However, the day of the house warming coincides with the wedding day. How the marriage gets stalled and the two unites forms the rest of the plot.

Ambujakshan is being played by Sreenivasan while as Sumathi, we have Rima Kallingal. Kunchako Boban appears as both the tailor and the NRI groom. Joy Mathew plays Sumathi's father, the log breaker. 'Chirakodinja Kinavukal' is the directorial debut of Santhosh Vishwanath and has been written by Praveen S. Listin Stephen is the movie's producer.
