'Baahubali-2' has come in for praise from Megastar Chiranjeevi. The senior actor and Rajya Sabha MP has thanked Rajamouli for raising the stature of Telugu cinema.

"'Baahubali-The Conclusion' is an outstanding film. Rajamouli deserves all the accolades for creating a wonder like this film. Hats off to the creator for letting Telugu cinema grow by leaps and bounds. I congratulate Prabhas, Rana, Ramya Krishna, Anushka, Sathyaraj, Nasser and others, and especially writer Vijayendra Prasad, music director Keeravani and cinematographer Senthil Kumar and other technicians," Chiru has said in a statement.

It was Rajamouli who made 'Magadheera', a semi-period drama that catapulted his son Ram Charan to stardom overnight, in 2009.
