Chuttalabbai
Few titles have a ring for the family audience as well as Chuttalabbayi. The challenge before the director of this film must have been having to deal with a not-so-refreshing line in a way that appeals to the current generation.
We will know it only on Aug 19 when the Aadi-starrer is out. Directed by Veerabhadram, this rom-com-actioner is produced by Venkat Tallari and Ram Taalluri under Sri Aiswarya Lakshmi Movies and SRT Entertainment banners.
For an Aadi movie, this one comes with high technical values. The presence of a music director like Thaman, who has composed for the likes of Mahesh Babu, NTR and Allu Arjun, surely bodes well. The recently-released audio (music by Thaman) has admittedly been getting a thumping response, as per the makers.
It has to be seen as to how far the director has gone beyond hits like Aha Na Pellanta and Poola Rangadu, both of which were hits. As for Aadi, he has Prema Kavali and Lovely to his credit. Namitha Pramod is the heroine. Brahmanandam, Posani, Prudhvi, Raghu Babu, Shakalaka Shankar, Krishna Bhagawan, Abhimanyu Singh, Jeeva, Surekha Vani, and others are part of the cast. Dialogues are by Bhavani Prasad. Cinematography is by S Arun Kumar. Art direction is by Nagendra. Editing is by SR Sekhar.
It will lock horns with Aatadukundam Raa.
