The contemporary actors stylish Kichcha Sudeep and challenging star Darshan although at the helm in the box office, the producers in Kannada film are waging a cold battle for acquiring rights off late. The two prominent films ‘Darling’ and ‘Singam’ made in Telugu and Tamil suits immaculately for both the actors Sudeep and Darshan.

The producers in Kannada cinema are ready to pay huge amount for acquiring the Suriya’s block buster ‘Singam’. The related producers of Sudeep and Darshan are making all out efforts to get the Kannada rights. According to sources the remake rights offered by ‘Singam’ producer is Rs.50 lakhs that is actually the first print cost of production of top ranking art film director Dr Girish Kasaravalli. No doubt the awards guaranteed for Dr Girish Kasaravalli films!

Meanwhile the news is Telugu film ‘Darling’ right has come in favor of Sudeep’s producer. Who will get ‘Singam’ rights? The discussion is still on!
