Kollywood producer Mohan Natarajan has filed a complaint with the Tamil Film Producers Council against Ileana D' Cruz, alleging that the actress failed to return the advance amount that he gave her to act in one of his movies.

Mohan Natarajan signed the 'Nanban' actress for a film he was about to produce with Vikram in the lead. Boopathi Pandian was set to direct it. However, the project did not take off due to some 'unavoidable reasons'. Later the producer made 'Deiva Thirumagal' with Vikram.

"When I signed Ileana, I gave her Rs 40 lakh as advance. But we could not go ahead with the film as planned. So I asked the actress to pay the money back. But she refused to do so stating that I had wasted her dates," Mohan Natarajan said.

Stating that Ileana did not even take part in the photo shoot, the producer added that there were instances when actresses returned the advance amount back during similar situations. "The Producers Council has assured that it will help me sort the issue soon", he signs off.
