We had Shivaji Rao alias Rajinikanth the super star now performing the job of bus conductor in real life before coming to cinema. Here is one more such conductor making entry to Kannada cinema. That is Nandana Prabhu who is in the service of state BMTC bus as conductor and for three years he has driven the bus to various routes in Bangalore.

Nandan Prabhu besides writing the story from his experiences as conductor, directing the film also appears as villain in ‘Preethiya Loka’ that stars newbie Vinay and Archana. With 60 percent of contents coming from his driver and conductor job Nanda Prabha looks at the family synchronization in a new angle. The children after growth follow a different route not envisaged by the parents is what Nandana Prabhu handled in this film.

Vinay, an engineering graduate plays the lead for the first time. “I was given training for three months before coming to the camera by the director Nandana Prabhu”, says Vinay. There are good romantic songs and flow of the film is good says Vinay. Actress Archana another newcomer abstained from the media briefing as she was busy in talking to television crews. Sai Kiran has scored the music for the first time.

Producer of ‘Preethiya Loka’ Madhava Reddy a PWD contractor since 10 years has invested nearly one crore of rupees on this project. “The complete involvement of the director Nandana Prabhu made me to take up my first film in Kannada”, said Madhava Reddy.
