A Court in Kerala has granted permission to popular actress Urvasi to keep her daughter Thejalakshmy aka Kunjatta with her during the vacations.
In its order, the Ernakulam Family Court said that the ten-year-old girl will stay with her mother during Onam and Christmas holidays and the first half of the summer vacation.
It is to be noted that Thejalakshmy's custody was given to Urvasi's ex-husband and actor Manoj K Jayan at the time of the couple's divorce.
And now, Family Court Judge N Leelamani said that apart from the above mentioned vacations, Manoj K Jayan should ensure that Thejalakshmy was with Urvasi every second Saturday.
The verdict was passed ex-parte with Manoj K Jayan failing to appear before the court.
