Court stays Mammootty's 'Pathemari' release

Mammootty starrer 'Pathemari' was all set for release. However, the court has stayed the movie's release. The stay was issued by the Ernakulam Additional Court. The issue cropped up when a complaint was lodged against the film by a person named Moidutty.

It is alleged that the story of 'Pathemari' has been taken from a story titled 'Swapanageham' written by Moidutty and he has reported against it. The case is on and Salim Ahamed, the movie's director is quite taken aback by this unexpected setback.
