Damarukam may be ready for Dasara

Damarukam is perhaps one of the longest films in the making. This socio-fantasy film that is said to be loosely based on The Immortals Of Meluha (novel by Amith Trivedi), features Nagarjuna and Anushka in roles of mythological proportions.

Though the talkie part was long completed, the film has been in the crucial CG phase. Unlike Eega, which too had been in the phase for a long time, Damarukam is not being talked about for the reason because the makers have tried their best to keep the film under the wraps. Nothing is heard about the concept either.

Produced by Dr. Venkat of RR Movie Makers, the film is a big-budget one directed by Srinivasa Reddy.
