It is all for the sister sentiment. Darshan's Kannada remake 'Thirupachchi' is titled as 'Thangigaagi'. Already 11 days of shooting have been completed.

Darshan setting aside all the other films dates has agreed for 'Pitamagan' remake with Upendra in another important role. Ramya has been contacted for this film but she had not yet given the final nod. The shooting of 'Pitamagan' would take place at Mysore Jail from 3rd of March 2006. Sadhu Kokila is directing this remake film.

'Suntaragaali' starring Darshan and Rakshita is releasing on 17th of this month. Darshan has 'Datta' and 'Thangigaagi' are currently on the sets.
