Challenging star Darshan in judicial custody at Central Prison of Parappapa Agrahara has to stay for a few more days in the prison as the hearing on Tuesday afternoon is deferred to October 7th by Single Bench Judge BV Pinto.

The bail plea hearing was taken up today when Venkata Reddy placed the papers. Some more time was sought by the public prosecutor in this case. Judge BV Pinto deferred it to Friday, 7th October 2011.

Meanwhile Darshan in the judicial custody sharing the room with politician Khatta Subramaniam Naidu son Khatta Jagadish is keeping mum without meeting anyone.

Darshan release on last Friday 'Sarathi' is giving fantastic results in the box office. According to distributor N Kumar the first week collection with be Rs.3 crores for 'Sarathi'.

According to sources in the prison Darshan felt happy for his film 'Sarathi' doing well in the box office.
