'Dashamukha' gets U/A

The vibrant director of Kannada cinema fatso Ravi Srivatsav much expected film 'Dashamukha' a film with 10 prominent artists – V Ravichandran, Devaraj, Saritha, Ananthnag, Malavika, Avinash, Dattanna, Achyuthkumar, Satish and Ravi Kaale has been cleared by the regional censor board with U/A certificate recently.

For director Ravi Srivatsa this is big news because all his previous films were 'A' certified films in Kannada. Deadly Soma, Rajiv…Madesha were in lot of discussions at the regional censor office for its contents to get 'A' certificate.

The cigarette smoking scenes of Devaraj and Chetan in the film forced the Regional censor to give U/A because of the strict order passed on last October 2011. Smoking a cigarette by any character or just holding it is objectionable according to censor guidelines. Aa Dinagalu Chetan and

'Dashamukha' is inspired from1957 Hollywood cinema '12 Angry Men' by Reginald Rose and directed by Sidney Lumet is about the 12 men deliberate guilt – on the basis of reasonable doubt. KV Raju has made the screenplay for the film. Mathew Rajan is the cameraman and Sridhar Sambram is the music director of this film.

'Dashamukha' produced by Soorappa Babu who has independently given a few hits in Kannada films is back after 'Prithvi'. The film is expected to release in the third or fourth week of this month.
