With all round attack on 'Satyananda' Kannada cinema that is said to be having shades on the life sketch of Swami Nityananda – the High Court has ordered stay of this film. Madan Patel asked for the change of judge who is hearing the case.

That became very sensitive issue on Sunday when he announced it in front of the television cameras and print media journalists. Further Madan Patel producer, director of the film 'Satyananda' alleged that Regional censor officer K Nagaraju has asked Rs.50000 for censoring two songs and Rs.5 lakhs for the entire film censoring.

For this allegation the Regional Censor Officer K Nagaraju has stated that he would file a defamation case against Madan Patel on Tuesday as he is on leave on Monday for the family function.

Madan Patel has made a habit to draw publicity for the film by making false allegations. In the last two and half years as Regional Censor Officer of Bengaluru I have passed 400 Kannada films and remaining 1000 plus and there is not even one single allegation so far. That shows how loyal I am to my work of the Central Government says K Nagaraju.

On Tuesday K Nagaraju is announcing at the media meet the defamation on Madan Patel.
