'Pa Paandi' Big Box Office achievement in 2nd weekend

Dhanush debut directorial 'Pa Paandi' took a fantastic opening on the Tamil New Year holiday weekend.Thanks to phenomenal reviews and positive word of mouth, the box office performance of the Rajkiran starrer in its second weekend has been better than its first weekend.

In the Chennai Box office 'Pa Paandi' has been retainedin 19 screens and 174 shows were screened over the just concluded weekend. With this the film has collected Rs.53,86,080 with a good 85% occupancy on an average.

The total collections of the film at Chennai is Rs.1,44,25,810. The film is expected to enjoy good footfall in theaters even in the weekdays due to positive word of mouth and the onset of summer holiday season.
