Finally, the director in Dhanush is ready to roar. The actor recently revealed that it was his childhood dream to become a filmmaker. But fate had it that he became an actor. Now the actor is all set to follow his heart, aptly resembling his character in 'Mayakkam Enna.'

His first directorial venture will be in Hindi and it is going to be a thriller. Dhanush also revealed that talks are currently on and that he would soon be meeting some important persons in this regard. There are also talks around film circles that Dhanush is expected to bring on board a popular actor of Bollywood.

The actor recently disclosed that he had started to pen scripts as early as when he was 17 years and has penned more than 15 scripts. Soon one of his scripts will take shape as a film.

Meanwhile, Dhanush is also gearing up for the audio launch of his forthcoming Tamil film '3', which marks the directorial debut of his wife Aishwarya. The remaining songs in ‘3’ will be different from the popular number ‘Kolaveri...’ He also revealed that Anirudh has done a very good job.
