Now that attempts are on by producer Ramesh (of 'Uthamaputhiran' and 'Osthi' fame) to remake 'Agni Natchathiram', who else than the sons of Prabhu and Karthik can repeat the magic of their respective fathers?

If source are to be believed, Prabhu's son Vikram Prabhu, who is making his acting debut with 'Kumki', will play the role made memorable by Prabhu in the remake of this Mani Ratnam movie.

And Karthik's son Gautham, who is stepping into acting with Mani Ratnam's 'Kadal', will essay the character enacted by Karthik.

Wielding the megaphone will be Dharani, whose last venture was 'Osthi' produced by Ramesh. Talks are currently on and the project will get a final shape in the coming weeks, after which an official announcement will be made.
