Dhoom 3
`Dhoom' is India's biggest and most successful action franchise, as well as the most anticipated film from India till date and perhaps the most awaited Bollywood film of all time.
The third franchise of `Dhoom', directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Aditya Chopra, sees a big star cast with Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Abhishek Bachchan, Uday Chopra and Jackie Shroff (cameo) being a part of it.
Coming together for third time, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra again take up their reel duties as cop duo in this much-anticipated YRF's flick. Abhishek reprises the role of tough cop Jai, Uday essays his popular character as that on motor-mouth Ali.
While Aamir plays Sahir the `Clown Thief', Katrina is Aaliya the `Acrobat Diva'. It is the only Hindi movie which is getting so much of traction being as Aamir Khan for the first time will be seen plays a negative character. This cop-chasing-thief story is mostly set against the backdrop of Chicago.
Character Sketches
SAHIR - A man so driven that he exudes an energy that's at once alluring and dangerous, fiery, fierce and unforgiving. Sahir The Clown Thief is a force that destroys whatever opposes him.
JAI DIXIT - The canny cop from Mumbai. Determined, analytical, persevering. Jai can go to any lengths to get his adversary and sometimes you have to think like the enemy to trap the enemy.
ALI AKBAR - The entertainer. The reluctant cop who's at home anywhere - from Nagpada to NiagraFalls, Ali is always at ease, ready to fall in love with anything that resembles the female form and unswervingin his search to become a "familywala."
AALIYA - A fresh faced unassuming girl who transforms once she's onstage. She is a fearless soul who defies gravity in her act in the circus. She is equally fearless in matters of the heart.
After Hollywood movies like Spiderman and Superman 'Dhoom:3' is the first Bollywood film to get launched in IMAX.
With music by Pritam and lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya, the songs of 'Dhoom:3' have turned out to be a great musical treat one after the other. Along with the top most singing stars from India, the album will now also feature the local Arab singing sensation Naya!
