Actress Nayantara reportedly lost her balance and collapsed on the sets of a Telugu film in Hyderabad. She was enacting an emotional scene along with Junior NTR when the incident happened, leaving the cast and crew shocked.

Reports have it that unit members had to solicit the service of a doctor, after which the actress was diagnosed with low blood pressure.

It is to be noted reports claimed a few months ago that Nayantara fainted during a shoot due to the same reason. Meanwhile, circles close to the actress have denied the reports saying 'It is all baseless. She is fine and pretty much normal.'
