Dil Raju's wish to make a film with Chiranjeevi has not materialized yet, but he is happy that he is producing a film with Ram Charan in the lead. The film, much like Brindavanam, Vamsi Paidipalli's first film, is a blend of family drama and romantic and emotional elements. The film is titled as Yevadu.

Speaking on the occasion, which was attended by Chiranjeevi, Allu Aravind, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Devi Sri Prasad, Allu Arjun and others, Dil Raju said that he was excited by hearing Vamsi’s story. After Chiru gave the nod, there was no looking back.

DSP, who is the film’s music director, expressed confidence that a good musical will be out. He described Vamsi as a director with a fashion of his own.

Paidipalli said that he was happy that he had a good team to make the film. He attributed the credit for the story to his associates Ashwin and Vakkantam Vamsi.

Sai Kumar shared an anecdote. He said that Chiru had called him and told him that he will receive a call soon. Yevado, he said, will be a milestone in his career.

Ram Charan said, "There is nothing more that is left to be spoken after everyone. I need not talk about Raju garu because everybody knows about him. I am confident that we will bring out a hit in our combination. Bunny is playing a very good role in the movie." He surprised everyone by saying that he had become Sai Kumar’s fan after watching Prasthanam.

The movie's other crew members include: Chota K Naidu, the cinematographer; Anand Sai, the art director; Abburi Ravi, the dialogue-writer. The story and screenplay are by Vamsi himself.
