"Don't drink & act" is what holds true when it is Teja who is the boss. On the sets of his films, apart from slapping newbies who don't cry properly in emotional scenes, Teja is into cracking the whip on those who come to work after having a small 'peg'.

"I make it a point that all the actors and technicians come to the set on time in a normal condition. If I face any problem from my actors or technicians on account of alcohol consumption or drugs or misbehavior, they are liable to monetarily compensate me because I am suffering as a result of that," he has told an English-language daily.

Well, the director is like: 'Nene raju, nene mantri'. Got it?
