'Srimanthudu' has raked in 100 crore gross in the first week itself and the total collections are staggering. Eros, which tasted it's first big success in Telugu, thanked the audiences for the enormous response. They are very happy with the business the film has been doing.

Mahesh Babu has scored brownie points for his performance and Koratla Siva is being praised for narrating a social awareness concept in an extraordinary manner. Inspired by the film, some NRIs are said to have decided to adopt their native villages.
