Director Ezhil managed to turn things around in his second innings rendering a reasonable hit in Deeppavali starring Jayam Ravi and Bhavana. The movie produced by Lingusamy was released a few days ago and is reportedly doing well in theatres all over Tamil Nadu.

Ezhil is in great joy now. The reason is that efforts are on to remake Deeppavali in Tollywood.

Deeppavali’s Telugu remake will reportedly feature Prabhas in the lead role.

Apparently impressed after watching the movie, a Telugu producer has approached Ezhil to do the movie in Telugu.
