Fahadh Fassil is knwon for his choice of unconventional movies. He always says that a script has to interest him to take up a role. He had only two releases in 2015. 'Ayaal' and 'Monsoon Mangoes' were different kinds of movies. Another film that was in making for a better part of 2015 was 'Maheshinte Prathikaram'.

This movie is doing very well at the box office and those very audience and critics who had written him off has welcomed him back into the fold. Fahadh says that this was one one that he chose over many other movies that came his way. He says that he was hooked to the story at the first narration itself and that he had the gut feeling that it would work. Fahadh's choice sure did prove right!
