Fawad Khan to play Pakistani singer Alamgir in his next

The hot and stunning Pakistani actor Fawad Khan shows eagerness to play the role of legendary Pakistan singer Alamgir. He will be donning the iconic singer`s role in his upcoming biopic 'Albela Rahi'. This heartthrob loves singing and he had also started his career as a musician before thinking to become an actor.

Singer Alamgir is considered to be one of the pioneers of the Urdu pop music in Pakistan. His style of singing is said to be inspired by playback singer Ahmed Rushdi. Khoobsurat` star Fawad recently took to twitter saying, "At the film announcement of @Albela_Rahi. Excited to play the role of the legendary #Alamgir." For which he feels really humbled and honoured to play his role.

The movie 'Albela Rahi' will be directed by Sultan Ghani and produced by Fog Catcher. On the career front, Fawad will be seen next in Shakun Batra`s directorial Kapoor & Sons` opposite Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra that will hit theatres on March 18.
