The popular actress Pooja Gandhi and talented actor Vijaya Raghavendra received the Film Fans Association award in Town Hall recently in Bangalore. This is the 30th year of Film Fans Association annual event. AR Raju heads the Kannada Film Fans Association. Actor and politician Srinath who received the first year award for his performance gave away the 30th year Film Fans Association awards.

Rajesh Krishna and Nanditha received the playback singer awards. The lyricist and music director award was given to Dr Nagendra Prasad and Gurukiran respectively. The young pair Pankaj and Roopika bagged the best pair while Producer SV Babu got the best producer award. Different Danny got the award for best stunts and director of ‘Josh’ Kannada film Shivamani received for best dialogues among 24 others.

For the absence of many of the award winner the President of the Film Fans Association President AR Raju was perturbed.
